Digital Project Manager

As a Digital Project Manager within Zurich Cover‑More’s Rapid Learning Lab, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of digital optimisation and content initiatives across our general travel insurance business.

This is a high‑impact, coordination‑intensive role embedded within a globally distributed team. You will lead cross‑functional workstreams, align onshore and offshore stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role suits someone with strong project discipline, digital delivery experience, and the communication skills to bridge time zones and cultures effectively.

What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead cross‑functional, onshore and offshore teams to plan and deliver multiple digital optimisation and content initiatives
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and dependencies across geographically dispersed teams




- Own the day‑to‑day operational delivery of concurrent projects, ensuring progress remains on track
- Estimate project effort and costs in collaboration with internal teams and third‑party vendors
- Facilitate clear definition of project goals, scope, and deliverables from initiation through to delivery
- Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, agendas, minutes, and business requirements

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment
- Facilitate clear, structured communication across stakeholders in multiple geographies and time zones
- Act as the primary point of coordination between offshore teams, onshore IT, vendors, and business partners
- Demonstrate strong asynchronous communication practices to keep distributed teams informed and unblocked
- Adapt communication approach and meeting cadence to accommodate global time zone differences
