Challenges for the Students
Applying Corporate Law and Securities Law aspects to day-to-day corporate related matters, going as back as possible to regularize corporate records of legal entities in Mexico
Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out
- Review of corporate documents;
- Reconstructing corporate history of more than 37 legal entities in Mexico;
- Organizing the file room where the corporate documents are kept;
- Ensuring documents are digitalized.

- Law Student;
- Fluent in English;
- Communication skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Corporate Law knowledge;
- Windows and Outlook experience
