Our client is a multinational company in the Logistic and Technology sector, in Mexico. With a robust corporate structure and a focus on operational excellence, this organization values professionals who are agile, business-oriented, and capable of navigating dynamic, cross-functional environments.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Manger to support our regional operations in Mexico with a strong focus on contract management, logistics, and all corporate matters.

Your role will involve:
- Hands-on involvement in day-to-day legal activities and coordination across multiple departments, with high logistics matters involved.
- Draft and negotiate logistics and commercial contracts in English and Spanish with both customers and vendors.
- Support contract negotiations across internal stakeholders and external business partners, including those from different locations.
- Translate legal documents and reports from Spanish to English for executive and regional reporting.
- Provide compliance support,



including internal training delivery and participation in investigations.
- Coordinate claims processes involving insurance providers and business partners.
- Conduct due diligence with vendors and support internal/external audits related to CTPAT/BASC compliance programs.
- Provide legal support to HR, Finance, and EHS teams on labor and safety matters.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to external legal payments.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of legal experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages (English proficiency over 90% is mandatory).
- Strong experience in: logistic sector, corporate law, contracts and compliance.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with various teams.
- Prior experience managing interns (no direct reports under this role).
