SUMMARY
Represent the quality function of technical support, in conjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affecting manufacturing on global customer accounts.
Leverage strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills to drive quality performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with quality management systems, including IATF 16949 requirements, while supporting electronic printed circuit board assembly (PCBA)



manufacturing processes through the application of statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies, process control, and data-driven decision making.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain QA plans and ensure timely execution of global new product introductions utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Process Optimization methodologies.
- Provide support for quoting activities through participation in process design, development, and implementation phases.
- Evaluate and improve inspection processes using appropriate inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
- Support general customer training programs through the development and implementation of specialized training sessions.
- Develop and maintain document control systems for storage, access, and review of quality records.
- Conduct periodic reviews and maintenance of quality documentation.
- Participate in supplier audits and vendor survey
