Ansell is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Queretaro

This position is part of Ansell’s Integral Cybersecurity Team, reporting to the Cybersecurity Manager. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and continually optimizing a broad portfolio of security controls - covering endpoint, network, email, identity, vulnerability management, SIEM, and threat-detection technologies - in alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework to protect the organization’s digital assets, detect and respond to threats, and elevate overall security posture.

What your role will be?




- Security-Control Ownership: Administer, tune and continuously improve the security stack (e.g., Cisco Breach Protection Suite, Microsoft Defender suite, TenableOne, Exabeam, WAF, Cisco Umbrella, Azure Identity Protection).
- Threat Detection & Response: Analyze alerts, investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, contain / eradicate threats, and document lessons learned.
- NIST CSF Alignment & Governance: Map controls to the Identify-Protect-Detect-Respond-Recover functions, conduct periodic security assessments and support external audits.
- Security Architecture & Integration: Partner with IT and business units to coordinate remediation and drive secure-by-design initiatives.
- Awareness & Training: Design and deliver KnowBe4 campaigns and tailored workshops; measure behaviour changes and report metrics.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Author and update security policies, incident-response playboo
