- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare procurement and cost advisory reports for Data Center and mission‑critical developments, including greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Review Data Center construction and MEP design documentation (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, CSA, IT/low‑voltage systems) and prepare detailed quantity take‑offs, contract documentation, and cost plans.
- Prepare, review, and manage detailed cost estimates and cost plans across all project stages (concept, schematic, detailed design, construction, and close‑out) for high‑CAPEX Data Center projects.
- Lead and manage estimating and cost planning activities, taking ownership of the final Data Center cost plan, including presentation to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Apply Value Management (VM) and Value Engineering (VE) techniques specific to Data Centers, focusing on resilience, redundancy (N+1 / 2N), c
