What this job involves:
As Senior Occupancy Planner, you will support the clients occupancy strategy and space management within the framework of corporate workplace programs, metrics, and real estate strategy. Reporting to the Area Occupancy Planning Lead, you will partner closely with Portfolio Strategy and the Client's Strategic Planning team, driving integration with relocation management, project management, and facilities management functions.



You will serve as the single point of contact for quality control in terms of consistency in planning processes, procedures, and protocols, as well as workplace design solutions for your portfolio. You will understand the planned 1-5 year real estate strategy for all buildings and businesses in your portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for occupancy planning initiatives and their implementation for your specified AMER area.

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Apply and validate finance-approved top-down headcount projections by business unit for a rolling three-year planning horizon, partnering with the OP Client and Portfolio Strategy team to analyze the client's portfolio and identify opportunities to optimize space.
- Develop occupancy scenarios to support business and GREG requirements, analyze occupancy and attendance metrics.
- Track and report projected versus presente headcount by organization, developing city and site-specific occupancy strategie
