Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in assembly area: Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. - Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process Definition and Manufacturing Readiness with the following deliverables: Layout, Line Balance, Cell/Line Design, Material Presentation, Tooling and Fixturing, Process Documentation, Training and FPY
- Business Unit and Functional KPI’s tracking and performance: Scrap, Operation Supplies, Change Over, Standard Hrs
- Cost Reduction Projects
- Lean / Operational System Implementation within Business Unit: Standard Work, SMED, Poke-Yoke
- Root Cause Analysis,
Preventive and Corrective Actions ImplementationSafety & Ergonomics: Responsible to lead (in conjunction with functional team) Job Safety Analysis evaluation to detect, correct or mitigate safety risks and exposures
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- +3 years experienced in manufacturing process.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Bilingual. 90% (English, spanish)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.
- Computer skills in MS tools
- Should be creative and should posses ability to use modern technology in Electronic manufacturing processAbility to prioritize tasks and meet the expected goals within time using advance technologies in electronic manufacturing area
