Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Flex Guadalajara north Campus.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager this role will be responsible for Manage the supply of materials in the production line, coordinate personnel in charge for the correct flow of materials between processes according to the production plan per-shift and process to deliver to the warehouse as a finished product.
What a typical day looks like:
- Monitoring of the production plan.
- Ensure the supply of raw material in the production line through KITS and Pullsystem and follow-up to UPLs.
- Analyze the inventories of materials registered in the materials ticket, following up on short purchases, to define the real time in which the materials can impact a line stoppage.




- Carry out inventories of short components to ensure the accuracy of the inventory in the floor location, comparing the physical against what is registered in the system.
- Prepare a physical inventory of the assembled material to balance the assembled product traceability system, auditing manufacturing system transactions, to ensure its veracity.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge in interpretation of control of the Master Production Plan.
- Advanced management of BAAN (work orders).
- Inventory control.
- Microsoft Office.
- Staff management.
