**Mission**
Lead, coach and manage the operations of the Service Business Line of the IAS Customer Center in Mexico by developing and implementing enhanced Service strategies exceeding business goals and expectations. Develop and manage an aggressive growth strategy for the Service and Spare Parts segment securing that customer satisfaction and quality is the basis for all we do resulting in outstanding customer centricity.
**Job description**:
- Develop strategic plans by studying technological and financial opportunities, recommending service sales objectives.
- Accomplish objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. Ensures the best use of organization's resources by defining and planning strategic and long-range goals.
- Develop and manage the service sales plan (spare parts, services on demand, SLA) to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization for the service business line.
- Increasing service teams’ effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, communicating values, strategies, and objectives.
- Ensure continuous cost reduction development and workflow optimization.
- Develops and implement overall strategies in close cooperation with other Customer Centers and Application Centers of IAS as well as the Service Division globally (AIS).
- Develops training programs, facilitates implementation of appropriate change management initiatives, and reviews current development programs to ensure adherence to service & company goals and policies.
- Responsible for continually building the service personnel and encouraging employee development.



Measures performance to gauge success of programs.
- P&L; responsibility for the service business line for IAS in Mexico,
- Ensures the service Business Line meets budgeted financial goals and objectives.
- Control and follow-up company targets and scorecards
- Actively represent the IAS CC MX by participating regularly in business meetings and preparing and presenting relevant information to management.
**Experience**
- Experience in leading, managing and motivating people, working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different cultures.
- Experience in electronic and/or motor vehicle industry segments
- Integrated Vision Solutions, Dispensing, Micro Dispensing and Riveting Experience would be considered as a plus.
**Education**
University degree in engineering, manufacturing or similar.
