**Sales Director EBMX**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the complete implementation of the guiding principles of the Freudenberg group and EagleBurgmann.
- Develop sales of the entire product and service line of the company, with business partners, when applicable.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage them through CRM and other tools.
- Develop and implement the sales strategic plan through specific actions and indicators (KPIs);
- Assess the development needs of the service centers and provide the necessary infrastructure for the process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEM customer leaders, end users, and EPCs, ensuring that EagleBurgmann reaches high sales potential.
- Responsible for managing the region composed of Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, in the use of resources and services, and in the regulation of prices and other necessary interactions, according to the framework established during the annual budget process, and the guidelines of the Senior Area Director LATAM.
- Manage the human and financial capital of the sales organization and the branches under their responsibility (annual budget, financial results, and profit and loss).

**Qualifications**:
- B.S. Degree
- 10+ years sales experience
- Practical knowledge of sales management in an industrial manufacturing business
- 5-7 years supervisory experience
