**We are searching for the best talent for Product Owner to be in Ciudad Juarez.**
**Purpose**:
Implements processes to review and translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Directs individuals to work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Assists in the management of complex experimentation procedures to address product development issues, and compiles results for review.
Helps establish and maintain policies for working in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.



Assesses innovation opportunities to experiment and confront problems of large complexity and scope.
Confers with teams on design and research initiatives in order to improve existing services or product features.
Delivers technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents for internal and external distribution.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
**You will be responsible for**:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Identifies the risks of compliance and communicates them to the appropriate management level.
- Applies the procedures and processes in an effective manner, complying with Johnson & Johnson IT standards.
- Effectively understands and documents the requirements of the business and transmits them in a precise and comprehensible manner to the technical team.
- Solves problems and provides solutions to the problems with the existing platforms; he/she is proactive in avoiding having the same problems happening twice.
- Analyzes the processes and helps define and document the requirements of the business.
- Identifies opportunities to automatize and/or improve existing processes and provide recommendations to create action plans to improve the design of the business processes.




- Participates in the technical design, contributing with points of view and ideas that help translate the needs of the business into specific solutions.
- Recommends solutions to management that balances the competence needs for the innovation and standardization/harmonization of processes.
- Builds productive and effective relations with the partners of the business and the community of the suppliers by listening, clarifying, and effectively responding to questions and problems.
- He/she has knowledge and understands opportunities and challenges of the business and identifies potential solutions that add a value to the company.
- Manages goals/objectives through the identification of critical problems in the projects such as contingencies and the resources needed.
- Works in teams in the administration and management of suppliers developing the required documentation (Project plans, etc.).
- Optimizes the existing technology by identifying new ways of adding value to the group of business partners.
