**Job Summary**:
Responsible for leading and management of the new product introduction activity at the plant, making the business profitable and meeting commitment dates in a timely manner (pilots, reports, quotes, special projects, etc.). Leading the activities and resources of each Focus Factory, as well as interact with other areas ( R&D;, EHS, Planning, HR and external).
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
- Implementation the Q-Gate Process, avoiding manufacturing risks
- Ensure process documentation for production compliance ( Flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan, WI, Visual Aid )




- Maintain effective communication with colleagues on the plant floor and in other divisions
- Ensure rates and yield
- Provides feedback to the DFMEA process with the design area.
- Ensure tooling for the manufacturing process
- Lead the activities of all departments inside and outside the plant
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing and Process (SMT-Back End ad Test), Project Management, Wave solder and PVA process, Asset Management
