**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for customer complain, CAPA average, NCR, OTD Promise, OTD Request, CIP, Inventory Turns, Voluntary Turn Over.
- Coordinate Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply change activities across value streams.
- Responsible to commit new project introduction by defining resources and validation strategies for its implementation on site (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Define and implement the validation strategy for the new production between Customer, NPI and engineering site team.
- Implement cost saving initiative.
- Supporting production and projects to increase productivity and reduce downtime
- Implement Lean, 5S & improvement initiatives across the plant
- Ensure all employee are train on all procedure according to GMP, ISO 13485 & FDA
- Manage daily production arrangements
- Ensure smooth operations and prepare resources for manufacturing
- Work closely with relevant departments to promptly address production issues
- Monitor and supervise the production area
- Reduce waste and manufacturing costs
- Solve quality problems and reduce reject rates.
- Manage materials and finished goods
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English (75%)
- Molding experience preferable
