**Skills and Capabilities**
- Meaningful experience managing and supporting IT Systems (admin experience 7 yrs +)
- Experience managing and supporting Enterprise Security Tooling Solutions in complex environments, in any of the following services SIEM, EDR, IDS, XDR, CWAF, SOAR.
- Good communication skills supporting joint working with geographically remote colleagues
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
- Ability to prioritize, re-schedule and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment




- Natural ability to continually challenge and drive change in pursuit of excellent customer service
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Scripting languages Python or PowerShell (automation)
- Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working
