**Job Overview**:
- Ensure compliance with production standards at the levels of efficiency and productivity required. Maximize tools and work equipment to improve operating processes and costs with the same or better levels of efficiency required by our customers
**A Day In The Life**:
- Validate and correct differences in BOM quantities with respect to inventory and negative problems
- Participate in quality problem solving meetings
- Participate in the new Design Review products
- Feeling of urgency
- Review of BOM structure in the introduction of new products
- Issue BOM related engineering changes (BOMs)
- Responsible for attending the UL and CSA audits and follow up on the "Notice of Diversion" (VN)
- Propose ideas to improve products
- Keep track of weekly bugs in BOMs




- Attending events and / or continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure that BOM materials have the correct sub-inventory
- Participate in the activities of the company (social and labor)
- Provide induction courses for new staff
- Comply with ISO 9000 procedures
- Respect and comply with the Internal Labor and Security Standards
- Coaching staff in charge when needed
