We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Scrum Master**
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for serving the role of scrum master project manager on existing and newly formed scrum teams.
- A problem-solver who works by forging consensus and bringing out a team innate wisdom
- Comfortable and excited by information technology
- Able to plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Stand Ups Planning Reviews Retrospectives Backlog Grooming and Story Grooming
- Able to plan and execute productive meetings that define clear actionable next steps to move projects forward
- Lead by example you express the same enthusiasm drive and focus you expect from your team and you mentor and coach with tact and precision
- Maintain relevant metrics and information radiators to guide the development teams and show their progress in meeting business objectives
- Partner with product manager to effectively create maintain and refine the product backlog




- Facilitate communication channels for the Scrum teams and associated business and technical stakeholders to ensure the vision goals progress and product delivery commitments are visible and well understood
- Identify and remove impediments and blockers that prevents the teams from delivering their sprint goals
- Manage the team dependencies and coordinate work with other internal or external teams
**Qualifications**
- Experienced using tools to productive effect (ADO or JIRA Experience especially with the JIRA Agile plugin strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable 5 years hands on experienced with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Experience providing facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement team empowerment and motivational techniques regarding Agile and Scrum
- Ability to balance several projects across more than one team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of full life cycle development: requirements gathering analysis design coding unit testing and acceptance testing and how these activities can fit into a Scrum environment
- Experience with software delivery in the Cloud is a plus
- Experience using Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Strong analytical and design skills




- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Highly accountable for meeting all commitments and deadlines
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal for technical and non-technical audiences
