**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements to ensure thorough coverage of functionalities.
Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential improvements.
Analyze test results and report defects using appropriate tools to facilitate timely resolution.
Participate in test planning meetings to align testing strategies with project goals.
Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices to maintain consistency and quality.
Provide detailed documentation of test processes and results for future reference and audits.
Monitor and track defects to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts to improve efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to testing processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of testing objectives.




Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing capabilities.
**Qualifications**
Demonstrate proficiency in.Net CITS Java and Visual Basic to effectively execute testing tasks.
Possess strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot defects efficiently.
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members.
Show familiarity with Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance domains as a nice to have skill.
Display attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate reporting of defects.
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve testing objectives.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new testing tools and techniques.
