We are seeking a **Program Manager** with expertise in leading complex initiatives in the data warehousing field.
In this position, you will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of features for the Silk Road data warehouse while ensuring effective communication with senior stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver end-to-end program goals while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives
- Plan and oversee medium
- to large-scale projects to achieve successful results
- Develop and manage effective reporting mechanisms across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Communicate project updates and risks effectively to stakeholders
- Define and ensure adherence to SDLC models, tailoring them to meet project requirements
- Establish and track project metrics to enable data-based decision-making
- Drive organizational improvements by implementing best practices and innovative approaches
- Take ownership of strategic project documentation and oversee supporting materials
- Facilitate adoption of Agile processes, including sprint planning and SLA tracking
- Present concise and impactful information to the Steering Committee and executive teams
- Assist technical teams with Tableau development and integrations as required
- Coordinate product releases to ensure quality and scalability
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management
- Background in handling multi-stream projects and production releases
- Expertise in project management with the ability to manage various priorities
- Capability to lead comprehensive project planning cycles with clear accountability
- Competency in crafting robust reporting frameworks throughout project stages
- Knowledge of SDLC frameworks with an adaptable approach to project-specific needs
- Demonstrated use of metrics for making decisions and assessing project outcomes
- Ownership of key project documentation, with experience managing multiple inputs
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, sprint management, and SLA tracking requirements




- Proficiency in Tableau, including basic development tasks
- Qualifications in creating effective presentations for senior leadership
