We are looking for a **Program Manager** with expertise in leading complex projects within the data warehousing domain.
In this role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of new features for the Silk Road data warehouse while ensuring seamless communication with senior stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Manage the overall planning cycle for medium
- to large-size projects, driving successful outcomes
- Build and maintain efficient reporting processes across all project phases, including post-release support
- Ensure clear visibility and communication of project progress and risks to stakeholders
- Establish and enforce adherence to SDLC models and adapt them to project-specific needs
- Implement and monitor a comprehensive set of project metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- Own and manage strategic project artifacts while delegating and reviewing other supporting artifacts
- Facilitate Agile methodology adoption, sprint planning, and SLA compliance
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for Steering Committee and leadership meetings
- Support technical teams with Tableau development and integration efforts when needed
- Coordinate the release of products to production, ensuring quality and scalability
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of proven success in project management
- Background in managing multi-stream projects and releases into production
- Expertise in project management with the flexibility to manage multiple streams and priorities




- Capability to drive full project planning cycles with overall delivery accountability
- Competency in establishing comprehensive reporting structures throughout all project stages
- Knowledge of SDLC frameworks with adaptability for custom project needs
- Showcase of using metrics-driven approaches for decision-making and project evaluation
- Ownership of critical project artifacts, with ability to oversee multiple contributors and deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint execution, and SLA management
- Some hands-on proficiency in Tableau, including basic development
- Ability to create impactful Steering Committee presentations

- Familiarity with Agile Lifecycle Management tools
- Skills in designing interactive dashboards and data visualization
- Understanding of advanced visualization capabilities within data structures
