**About The Role**
In this opportunity as a Compliance Program Analyst and Project Manager, you will:
- Provide project management and task oversight functions of global, enterprise-wide compliance-related projects, ensuring timely completion, resource optimization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential compliance issues within the organization; recommend efficient data and knowledge management solutions.
- Manage, track and enforce enterprise-wide Compliance Certifications and training completion.
- Produce recurring reports and metrics, dashboards, and other ad-hoc enterprise compliance status reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support administrative tasks to include vendor invoice coordination, compliance report filing, and internal project file management.
- Assist with the design and execution of risk assessments and gap analyses, proposing targeted solutions for identified compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and technology solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Support the development, delivery, and enforcement of policies and training programs, leveraging data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.
- Other Compliance Program work as necessary.
**About You**
You’re a fit for this role if your background includes:
- You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration,



Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in the technology sector.
- You are naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and finding innovative solutions.
- You enjoy collaboration and cross-functional exposure. You are keen to help others and to are driven to take things forward.
- You have experience with compliance management software or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms such as EthicsPoint/Navex, PolicyTech/Navex, and OneTrust.
- You have basic proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI).
