**Job Summary**
As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving business solutions and optimizing processes within the Hi-Tech domain. With your expertise in Salesforce REST/SOAP API Scrum and Oracle Fusion Administration you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. - Lead Scrum teams in Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects and continuous improvement.
- Employ Postman for testing and validating APIs ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Analyze and interpret data using Oracle databases to support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarity on project objectives.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements for future reference.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business operations and technology utilization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all project deliverables.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology advancements

- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce REST/SOAP API showcasing ability to integrate and optimize systems effectively.
- Exhibit strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies ensuring efficient project management and delivery.
- Possess expertise in Postman for API testing validating integration and functionality.
- Show proficiency in Oracle databases supporting data-driven decision-making.
