Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Analyst to join our HR Technology team.
The adecuado candidate will bring hands-on configuration experience in Workday integrations, HCM configuration, AI, and report writing to optimize HR systems and processes.
Candidate must reside in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors to maintain uninterrupted operations
- Maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and other Workday tools
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party service vendors by building and maintaining connections
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to test and deploy integration updates and enhancements
AI Automation Focus
- Apply AI daily to business challenges — improving efficiency and automating validation, reconciliation, and error detection using ML models
- Drive intelligent automation for data loads and exception management
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions across Workday modules includi
