**Key responsibilities**:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the target region (e.g., Mexico).
- Client Acquisition: Actively support sales and engage with potential clients.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the cargo insurance and customs products and services offered by the company, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to clients.




- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with underwriters to tailor insurance solutions to meet the unique needs and risk profiles of clients. Including collaborating for the creation of integrated solutions including other L&S; Products. Build value propositions for MCS and CRM customers.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
**We are looking for**:
- Proven track record of success in cargo insurance or customs sales or related fields.
- Strong understanding of cargo insurance products and customs, industry trends, and risk management.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently.
