As a LATAM Recruiter, you will embody these values through owning both the recruiting strategy and delivery for key production positions in our manufacturing facilities in the Americas. Your work will ensure that we attract and hire top talent who align with our commitment to the True Colors of accountability, drive for results, customer focus, innovation, and being a team player.
The LATAM Recruiter is dynamic and bilingual (Spanish and English), partnering with our Mexico and Brazil plants to fill roles ranging from manufacturing to professional levels. This role requires a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to build meaningful relationships with Operations leaders and site Human Resources.

**Responsibilities**:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operations leaders and site HR teams to become a trusted talent acquisition partner.
- Role Intakes: Conduct thorough new role intakes with company stakeholders,
ensuring a deep understanding and appreciation for production roles.
- Applicant Review: Review applicants and conduct in-depth screenings and assessments of skills.
- Market Understanding: Build and maintain an understanding of the job market in communities where we have manufacturing facilities.
- Facility Presence: Regularly visit and maintain a presence in our manufacturing facilities.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Fully bilingual English / Spanish, Portugeuese (desirable)
**Other considerations**:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Industry Experience: Experience sourcing and hiring manufacturing/semi-skilled labor roles is required.
- Software Skills: Experience with Jobvite and Ceridian Dayforce is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
