**Operation Program Management**:
Plan, execute, and oversee multiple operational programs from inception to
completion, ensuring they meet strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
**Process Improvement**:
Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Perform
regular Kaizen Events.
**Stakeholder Coordination**:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program
objectives are met. Facilitate communication between departments to drive
program success.
**Performance Monitoring**:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program progress
and outcomes. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
**Risk Management**: Identify
potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure programs comply with
company policies and regulatory requirements.
**Team Leadership**: Lead and
mentor program teams,



fostering a collaborative and high-performance work
environment.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/electrical/Industrial
Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in program
management, operations or manufacturing.
- Strong project/program management skills with a
track record of successfully managing complex programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving
abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
