**Responsibilities**:
Experienced, results driven individual needed to program complex 3D surface prototypes, models, and molds in Modelling Boeard REN model board using CAD-CAM software, Creo Expertise is a Plus. An experienced Mechanical Engineer/CNC Programmer responsible for all aspects of the mold making process on a Haas VF9 CNC vertical machining center, from work piece creation to part completion.
Qualifications:




- 5 or more years of CNC programming experience and/or BS degree in engineering or computer science
- Experience with the design and manufacture of molds and patterns is preferable.
- Expert skill level in manipulation of CAD-Cam using CREO 10 preferred or equivalent CAD Software
- Capable of creating basic level 3D solid model CAD files
- Excellent troubleshooting, testing and root cause analysis skills
- Adaptable to quick project changes, able to start and stop and switch priorities.
- Maintains shop procedures, develops machining templates and standard practices in conjunction with the US team
- Develops process improvements and shares them with all teams involved in the process.
- Capability to measure and document critical dimensions
- Capable of programming unmanned overnight machining programs to meet schedule demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- 3D scanning experience desirable
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership experience a plus.
