What you will do:
- Support the sourcing and procurement team in maintaining and strengthening supplier relationships.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making in the commercial area.
- Ensure full compliance with internal sourcing processes, group policies, and responsible sourcing standards.
- Assist in the documentation and use of sourcing tools to enhance process efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support ongoing commercial initiatives.
The skills you bring:
- Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or Commercial-related Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Interest and commitment to compliance and responsible sourcing.
Nice to Have:
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Basic knowledge or experience with SAP.
