We are seeking a Legal Clerk to join and support support our legal team with administrative and case-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to grow in the legal field and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents and case files
- File court documents electronically (E-Filing) and maintain case records
- Draft basic legal forms, motions, affidavits, and correspondence
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely filings
- Liaise with court clerks, clients, and external parties regarding case status
- Manage and update client information in case management software
- Handle scheduling, calendaring, and other administrative support tasks
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Previous experience in a legal support role (not required but preferred)




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
