** About the role**
The role of the SAP Material Master is crucial in managing and maintaining the integrity of material master data within an organization's SAP system. This data is vital for seamless operations across various business functions, including procurement, production, and inventory management.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Creating material master records: Initiate and maintain accurate records for all materials used in the organization.
- Updating existing records: Regularly update material data to reflect changes in characteristics, classifications, or other relevant attributes
- Validating data entries: Ensure the correctness and completeness of material data to prevent discrepancies.
- Conducting data audits: Perform periodic audits to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors in the material master data.
- ERP system integration: Manage the integration of material master data within the SAP system and other connected systems.
- Generating reports: Create detailed reports on material data for analysis and decision-making.
- Data analysis: Analyze material master data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- University degree.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP, specifically in the Material Master module.
- Experience using Windchill for material creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on: Excel:



formula creation, data analysis, and macro development.
- Conversational to advanced English (able to communicate fluently in a professional setting).
