Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, logistics, or related fields.

- Willingness to relocate to our site in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Minimum of 2 years in similar roles, managing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QAD, etc.
- Experience in multinational ERP implementation or support, ideally with plants in the U.S.
- Knowledge in manufacturing, production, or supply chain is highly valued, especially in the aerospace industry.
- Technical Knowledge and Tools
- ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, QAD).
- Advanced Excel and analysis/reporting tools (Power BI, SQL).
- Configuration of Inventory, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse modules.
- Data validation, system integrations, and migrations.
- Familiarity with methodologies: ITIL,



project management or PMP, agile methodologies, or ERP governance.
- Soft Skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written): constant communication with U.S. teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical and functional requirements.
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

- Experience supporting multiple plants or international sites, adapting processes to different geographies.
