Role:
Manage import/export operations, and procedures to ensure compliance with local trade and global trade regulations .

What you'll do:
- Prepare and review import and export customs entries (pedimentos) in compliance with Mexican Customs regulations.
- Validate accuracy of tariff classifications (HTS/HS codes), customs values, country of origin, and applicable trade programs.
- Maintain compliance with IMMEX program requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits of import and export transactions.
- Review customs entries, supporting documentation,



and broker performance.
- Audit customs declarations for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare audit reports, findings, and management presentations.

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in foreign Trade or a related field
- Fluent English (Intermediate to Advanced)

Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position:

Import/Export:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the Trade Regulations (Ley Aduanera , Reglas de Comercio Exterior , LIGIE , Certificacion IVA IEPS, IMMEX).
- Understanding of import and export compliance regulations established by local and international authorities, supported by a minimum of one year of professional experience in import and export-related positions

Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to a continuous changing environment of wo
