**Opportunity**
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitoring the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and the replacement of manual casting production lines.
2. Responsible for developing the weekly production plan for molds.
3. Responsible for executing the mold replacement program for the manual casting production lines. 4. Control and monitor key process variables for the mold manufacturing process, drying, and mold preparation.
5. Responsible for the Carpentry and Welding workshops.
6. Responsible for maintaining the tools and equipment of the department in good condition.
7. Preparation and monitoring of work orders for the maintenance of department equipment.
8. Supervise the proper use of safety equipment, as well as maintain order and cleanliness in the department.
9. Coordination of checks and tests with the laboratory.
10. Comply with the Safety and Health Roles and Responsibilities established for this position.

**Qualifications**
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:




- 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, particularly in a large plant and in a similar position.
