**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide detailed information about fertility treatments, procedures, and appointments
- Coordinate scheduling with medical and administrative teams
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Deliver warm, professional, and confidential service to each patient
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent English & Spanish** (spoken and written) - must be highly proficient in both
- **Previous call center experience** (minimum 1 year) - required




- **Valid U.S. visa** - must be available to travel to the U.S. for initial training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Background in Health Sciences or related fields - highly desirable
