Provide financial support for the different VHEs, working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Powertrain Unit and Vehicle Finance teams
Participate in target setting process (ACT Workshops)
Maintain and updated material cost and investment for assigned vehicle program(s) through different milestones.
Analyze data and provide support for ad hoc business case development (e.g. EBIT, TARR)
Support To4’s meetings to support material cost and vendor tooling targets as well as provide cost status throughout the sourcing process.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred)
Product Development Finance experience preferred but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including being comfortable presenting to management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detail oriented self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task in fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with operating partners
Ability to communicate in English
Accurately track risks and opportunities for both material cost and investment
Develop milestone reporting decks for management reviews and submission to Programs Finance
Present milestone and ad hoc reporting decks to Tophat and Powertrain operations teams to support integral Matched Pair reviews.
Support change control process through
including reviewing two pagers and processing CMFs in FEDEBOM
