**Position Overview**: The **Materials Manager** plans, orders, stores, controls, and distributes materials and products per company and customer needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop materials management strategies using **Epicor ERP**, forecasting requirements and optimizing inventory for continuous production.
- Oversee material receipt, storage, and distribution; implement inventory control systems; conduct audits.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation for timely deliveries; manage logistics providers and ensure compliance.
- Lead, train, and develop the materials management team; promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and quality.
- Analyze and report on materials management performance, inventory, procurement, and supplier data to identify trends, savings, and present findings to management.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor´s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials management, preferable within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control.
- Certification in supply chain management or related field (APICS, CPSM, etc).
- Proficiency in materials management software and ERP systems, EPICOR or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages (written and verbal).
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
