**Senior Full Stack Python Developer**
We’re looking for a hands-on developer ready to take ownership of high-impact backend systems. If you thrive at the intersection of backend architecture, infrastructure, and performance monitoring — and want to help shape systems that power smart financial decisions around the world — this role is for you.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and resolve **performance bottlenecks** before they affect users
- Lead improvements to **monitoring and alerting systems** to ensure system reliability
- Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable **Python (Django)** code
- Write and maintain **technical specifications** that guide system evolution
- Collaborate across teams to deliver **robust, high-performance tools** for global users
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience developing in **Python**, with deep knowledge of the **Django** framework




- Solid understanding of **asynchronous programming** (e.g., using asyncio)
- Proficiency in **PostgreSQL** and experience working with **Linux-based environments**:
- Experience with **Docker** and deploying apps to **Kubernetes**:
- Familiarity with **Infrastructure-as-Code** tools like **Ansible** (or similar)
- Strong **debugging and troubleshooting skills**:
- Self-starter with the ability to **work independently and take initiative**
