Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Exhibition Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of the entire process for international exhibitions, including the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) annual meeting. This role will lead exhibition planning, execution, vendor coordination,



and client relationship management to ensure optimal brand presentation and participation outcomes at international events. Additionally, this position will serve as a key liaison for the company's digital accounts, collaborating closely with the marketing team to effectively convert offline exhibition traffic into online digital assets.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Exhibition Project Management (RSNA & Overseas Exhibitions)
· Manage the full lifecycle of planning and execution for the RSNA annual meeting and other overseas exhibitions, including booth reservation, exhibit material shipping, construction plan coordination, and on-site services.
· Maintain efficient communication with venues, external suppliers (construction, logistics, service providers) to ensure the smooth execution of all exhibition phases.
· Develop and manage project timelines and quality standards, ensuring critical milest
