What you will do
Propósito general del Puesto:

Ejecutar, Administrar y Controlar la operación E2E de todas las actividades del proceso de Pagos a Proveedores, Control de Costos y Gastos de las operaciones de Almacén y Transporte de Consumo de Mexico, de acuerdo a los proceso internos de la organización; controles SOX´s, SOP´s operativos, Contratos y Tarifas con proveedores y de acuerdo a Compliance, garantizando el cumplimento de estos procesos en tiempo y forma.

Tareas y responsabilidades fundamentales:

Responsable del proceso de pago a proveedores de servicios logísticos E2E. Revisión y auditoria a las cedulas servicios de los proveedores contra las tarifas y contratos vigentes. Generar Órdenes de Compra para el pago de servicios Coordinar el proceso de facturación con los proveedores y dar seguimiento al proceso de pago. Realizar el proceso mensual de Provisione
