The Lead Supply Chain Engineer supports remote continuous improvement programs across 50+ connected factories, driving measurable improvements in service, inventory, and working capital through data integrity, tool optimization, and process standardization.



The role maintains and enhances technology workflows, delivers accurate reporting, and enables enterprise supply chain initiatives such as PFEP, POH, MRP governance, dashboards, shortage alerts, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities:

Strategic:
- Support remote CI programs across connected plants through data and tool management.
- Maintain and optimize OpCo-specific workflows and supply chain tools.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of supply chain data used for planning, execution, and performance monitoring.

Operational Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with site supply chain teams to capture issues, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
- Pull, clean, and validate ERP data feeds for PFEP, POH, and MRP parameter governance.
- Build, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards, shortage alerts, PFEP files, and KPI trackers.
