Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Director, Operations (SMT)located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the VP Operations, Sr Director, Operations will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of SMT process engineering and manufacturing technology roadmap-driving robust, scalable processes through high-volume production. Working with cross-functional teams will identify process gaps, develop solutions, and industrialize improvements through site qualification and mass production.

Operations will manage multiple projects in parallel balancing schedule, cost, and technical performance while supporting customer engagement during early phases and pre-quote to win new business. With core focus in SMT industrialization: partnering with design teams, defining line concepts and equipment strategy, establishing process windows, and deploying standard methods to improve yield, reduce defects, and sustain performance across multiple SMT lines. Also, will ensure test readiness and coordinate deployment/qualification of liquid cooling solutions, supported by training and site qualification to prevent escalations.
