Overview

As a Project Manager in the WW MPC Business Support team, you will lead strategic, business-critical initiatives that align with organizational and departmental objectives. Acting as a central liaison for global business units, IS teams, and end users, you will oversee complex, cross-functional projects with regional and general impact. This role requires strong project management expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results.

• Lead and oversee the complete project lifecycle—from initiation through delivery—ensuring strategic alignment with organizational and departmental objectives, while maintaining compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, define scope and deliverables, establish success metrics, and implement governance frameworks to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Facilitate clear, consistent, and proactive communication across all stakeholder groups, ensuring transparency, alignment,



and timely escalation of critical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Direct and empower cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among global business units, IS partners, and end users to achieve seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through robust contingency planning and adaptive strategies, ensuring resilience and successful delivery under changing conditions.
• Monitor and report on project performance using Microsoft 365 and other enterprise tools, providing actionable insights on milestones, KPIs, and compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with MPC regional teams and the Worldwide MPC Training & Analytics team to enhance communication, deliver training, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of system and process changes.
