Description
In this role, you will impact the reputation of Honeywell as a customer-centric organization and drive business growth by providing excellent customer service and support throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients and external ones when necessary.
- Take professional initiative on administrative tasks and coordinate with local offices for tasks that cannot be done remotely.
- Work as part of the team, involved in processes from start to finish, contributing to the team's results.
- Contribute to the successful integration of each new employee/member of the region through specific training and assistance.
- Account successfully, in a timely manner, and ensure maintenance during the life cycle of all orders, contracts, and projects in systems.
- Work closely with all relevant departments, including sales, procurement, supply, and operations to ensure process standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness.




- Assume an active role in implementing and maintaining Honeywell Operating System (HOS).
- Work in line with policy guidelines and integral processes.
- Meet the objectives of the department/team and the behavioral objectives of Honeywell.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field
- Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP application
- Strong organization skills
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Good knowledge of Salesforce applications
- Data Analysis
- Advanced Excel Skills
