The Analyst Learning Services you will design and produce interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that teach our manufacturing employees how to use Ingredion technologies, manufacturing standards & certifications awareness around of the world.



You will be responsible to manage our LMS (Learning Management System) and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our colleagues there.

Core Responsibilities:
· Users Support & Issues Resolution: – Proactively resolve issues through effective communication, timing and exceptional customer service, in Learning Services tickets
· E-Learning Development: Create and deliver e-learning content, content curation, translations etc with varying levels of interactivity, from basic text and images to advanced simulations.
· Collaboration with SMEs: Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical and content requirements for digital content development.
· Training Project Management: Oversee training projects from analysis and design to production of Instructor-Led and Computer-Based Trainings
· Training Program Delivery: Present training and development programs using various formats, including group discussions, classroom sessions, journeys,
