**Your New Role**
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles across the Capability Center in Mexico City. This role will provide strategic hiring support in response to growing demands within the T&O;, GCO, and Streaming Marketing teams.
**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture (P&C;) and business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective talent acquisition plans.




- Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing, assessment, and offer strategies, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously, with mínimal need for escalation. Proactively source talent through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, local job boards, professional networks, and social media.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by understanding and communicating organizational goals and integrating them into search strategies and stakeholder conversations.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor´s degree
- Advanced English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years as a technical recruiter. A combination of agency and in-house recruitment experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of sourcing and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing search strategies, market mapping, and leveraging industry insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Recruiting regional experience.
