**Your New Role**
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for junior-to-senior level roles across the Capability Center in Mexico City. This role will provide strategic hiring support in response to growing demands within the T&O;, GCO, Transactional finance and Streaming Marketing teams.
**Your Role Accountabilities**




- Facilitate the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with P&C; and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage client/partner expectations.
- Understands and communicate the diversity goals of the organization and how it relates to their search and clients.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor´s degree
- Advanced English
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter. A combination of agency and in-house recruitment experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of sourcing and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing search strategies, market mapping, and leveraging industry insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Recruiting regional experience
