We are seeking a **Site Supervisor for the Night Shift** to ensure smooth and safe execution of overnight construction activities in data center projects. The role requires strong field presence, safety vigilance, and reliable **reporting for day shift handovers**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead nightly supervision of construction works, verifying adherence to technical requirements and safety protocols.
- Monitor subcontractors performing work under limited visibility and ensure installation quality and site integrity.




- Facilitate communication across shifts by preparing detailed handover reports for day teams.
- Maintain strict control of access, lighting, PPE usage, and hazard mitigation during night operations.
- Address on-site issues in real time and ensure compliance with client and internal standards.
- Record activities in logs, issue progress updates, and escalate non-conformities as needed.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of site supervision experience in high-security or infrastructure projects with night shift operations.
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- Experience managing crews during limited hour conditions and ensuring continuity across shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools for reporting and communication.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written communication and safety awareness.
