**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and support daily **data pipeline operations** to ensure reliability and performance
- Troubleshoot **real-time trading alerts** and **research workflow issues** promptly
- Detect and resolve **data quality**, **structure**, or **availability problems** across systems
- Develop and maintain **SDKs**, **runbooks**, and **automation scripts** to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to streamline data processes
- Provide **evening support** for production systems and participate in a **rotating weekend on-call schedule**
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in **Python** or **C++** for scripting and automation
- Strong **SQL** skills; experience with **PromQL** is a plus
- Hands-on experience with **Linux/Unix environments**,



including log analysis and command-line tools
- Familiarity with **Bash scripting**, **Git**, and **regular expressions (Regex)**:
- Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
