**Description**:
The Role
- Responsible for efficacy of insurance placements and technical excellence of our offerings to clients. Responsible for compliance of all activities of his/her team. Coordinates with leaders of Technical and Placement teams to develop relationships with markets used for client placements.
- Ensures that roles and responsibilities with respect to client service are understood and clearly communicated to the team, and that effective communication is maintained with the Client Advocates. Supports the Client Advocates in meetings with clients as required. Maintain direct contact with clients as agreed with the Client Advocate. Ensures that his/her team also maintain contact with clients as agreed with Client Advocates.
- Ensures the Client Advocates are fully informed of revenue and margin requirements to deliver agreed level of service to clients and supports the Client Advocate in meetings to this end.




- Implements and maintains compliance systems in accordance with the Willis Excellence Model.
- Coordinates his/her teams’ interaction with Placement and Technical teams.
**Qualifications**:
The Requirements
- Minimum 5 years insurance experience including client service teams at Major Account level i.e. multi-national companies.
- Experience in delivering applicable compliance standards in client service teams
- Broad knowledge of local insurance markets in own country and working knowledge of international insurance market.
- Detailed technical knowledge of insurance policies in areas appropriate to own business unit.
- Median level IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Skilled in use and management of broking systems appropriate to own office
