**SUMMARY**
An exciting, permanent opportunity has become available with Burrana to take a key role within delivery of New Product Introduction for our R&D; initiatives for 2024 and beyond.
The NPI Lead will initiate and execute the successful introduction of new products through design, supply chain, manufacturing, and production processes. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, to ensure the seamless transition of new products from design to manufacturing while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting delivery timelines on time and on target.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement comprehensive NPI strategies, considering factors such as product complexity, production capabilities, Inventory levels, manufacturing lead-times, etc.
- Collaborate with senior management to align NPI goals with the company's strategic objectives and each NPI project’s KPIs.
- Provide input for detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, milestones resource requirements, and KPIs for each NPI project.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including, design and manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and testing to ensure a synchronized NPI process.
- Foster effective communication among teams to address challenges, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
- Monitor,



manage and report project progress on a regular basis, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate the efforts of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure that new products are designed for manufacturability and meet production requirements.
- Assess manufacturing capabilities and implement necessary process improvements or equipment modifications to accommodate new product requirements.
- Work closely with quality teams to coordinate and gain feedback on testing procedures and FAI.
- Identify potential risks related to NPI projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Proactively address challenges that may impact the successful introduction of new products.
